This Request for Pre-Qualification(the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals from licensed engineering firms to establish a roster of qualified consulting engineering firms for drainage engineering and construction services under the Drainage Act on an “as and when requested” basis, as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
