This Request for Pre-Qualification(the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals to prequalify licensed consulting firms to provide Engineering Services for the pre-engineering, detailed design, preparation of contract documents, site supervision services and contract administration services in preparation and for the duration of Transmission Watermain Infrastructure Projects throughout Norfolk County for a period from November 1st, 2021 to October 31st, 2024, as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). |
