This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals to retain a qualified consultant to conduct detailed condition assessments and sediment surveys of Norfolk County’s stormwater management facilities (SWMFs) in 2025, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
