This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the Flushing and Condition Assessment of the Port Rowan Water Treatment Plant Lake Water Intake, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
