This Invitational Request for Tender (the “IRFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to pre-qualified Bidders under contract through the related RFPQ EIS-ENG-24-85 to submit bids from licensed consulting firms to provide engineering services for the pre-engineering, detailed design, preparation of contract documents, site supervision services and contract administration services in preparation and for the duration of the reconstruction of Foster Street in Simcoe, as further described in Section A of the IRFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
