This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified proponents to assist with the first phase (engagement and goal setting) towards the preparation of a new Economic Development Strategy, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
