This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified architectural or engineering firms to provide consulting services for the restoration of three (3) heritage buildings: the Carillon Tower, the Lynnwood Arts Center and County Administration Building #3, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
