This Invitational Request for Tender (the “IRFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to pre-qualified Bidders under contract through the related RFPQ EIS-ENG-24-85 to submit bids from licensed consulting firms to provide engineering services for the pre-engineering, detailed design, preparation of contract documents, site supervision services and contract administration services in preparation and for the duration of the reconstruction of Scott Drive & Birch Avenue in Port Dover, as further described in Section A of the IRFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
