This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified playground manufactures for the replacement of two community park playgrounds, Woodhouse Acres Park at 89 New Lakeshore Road, Port Dover, ON and St Williams Lions Park at 114 Queens Street East, St. Williams, ON.
