This Invitational Request for Tender (the “IRFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to pre-qualified Bidders under contract through the related RFPQ OPS-FAC-24-17to submit bids from pre-qualified General Contractors for the completion of various mechanical and electrical retrofits, renewable energy additions, and exterior repairs and upgrades at the Port Rowan Community Centre, as further described in Section A of the IRFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the ‘Deliverables’)., as further described in Section A of the IRFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
