Description:	This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified Proponents for the completion of a program review specific to those programs funded by the Homelessness Prevention Program (HPP) within Haldimand and Norfolk Counties., as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
