This Request for Pre-Qualification(the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals from Licenced Engineering firms to pre-qualify to provide Engineering Services for the pre-engineering, detailed design, preparation of contract documents, site supervision services and contract administration services in preparation for and for the duration of the Municipal Infrastructure Road Reconstruction Projects throughout Norfolk County for a period from January 1, 2025 to December 31st, 2027, as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
