This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified architectural or engineering firms to provide prime consulting services for the design and implementation of various energy retrofits and upgrades at the Simcoe Recreation Centre, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). |
