This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids from qualified mechanical contractors for the replacement of HVAC equipment including four (4) rooftop units, as well as three (3) generators, one (1) furnace and condenser and one (1) expansion tank located at seven (7) Norfolk County facilities, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
