This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified professionals for the provision of services as the Integrity Commissioner for the County.  The Integrity Commissioner will be responsible for adjudicating the Code of Conduct for Members of Council, Local Boards and Advisory Committees and conducting investigations in an independent and neutral manner in accordance with the accountability and transparency provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
