This Request for Pre-Qualification(the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals to identify and shortlist experienced and qualified General Contractors to complete the upgrades at the Port Rowan Water Treatment Plant, as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
