This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to pre-qualified Bidders to submit bids for upgrades to the Port Dover Water Treatment Plant (WTP) including but not limited to: addition of an UltraVoilet (UV) reactor system, conversion of the Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) Units to DAF-filter units, including the installing filter media, air scour system, and backwash line assembly, the installation of additional wastewater tanks, upgrades to the sewage lift station, addition of a standby power generator, replacing low lift pumps, replacement of site watermains and forcemain, and removal of temporary piping throughout site for the existing membrane skid and trailer., as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
