This Invitational Request for Tender (the “IRFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to pre-qualified Bidders under contract through the related RFPQ EIS-ENG-24-84 to submit bids for the rehabilitation of the Big Creek 6th Concession Bridge and Big Creek 5th Concession Bridge and Overflow Culvert, as further described in Section A of the IRFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
