This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified Contractors to provide services for the maintenance and service of the refrigeration and dehumidification systems at five (5) arena facilities including the Delhi Community Centre Arena, Langton Arena, Port Dover Arena, Talbot Gardens Arena and Waterford Tricenturena., as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). |
