This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids from qualified contractors to complete maintenance dredging at Port Rowan Harbour, including all dredging, dewatering, excess soil management, hauling, disposal or beneficial reuse, qualified monitoring, environmental protection, reporting, demobilization, and site restoration required to complete the work, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
