This Request for Pre-Qualification(the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals from prospective Proponents to identify and shortlist General Contractors to participate in a future tender for the retrofits, upgrades and interior renovation at the Norfolk County Public Library (NCPL) Waterford Branch, as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
