This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for a qualified contractor to conduct vegetation surveys on the subject properties, with a focus on locating and documenting the presence of Species at Risk (SAR) plants and Provincially Significant plants (PSS), as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
