This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids ​from qualified consulting firms to complete a detailed bridge condition study on Structure # D00003 – Lot 24 Conc 2 Windham Bridge and on Structure # 010049 – Nanticoke Creek Bridge​, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
