This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified firms for design services for structural, architectural, and mechanical upgrades across multiple recreational facilities deliverables, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
