This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for complete reconstruction of James Street from Talbot Road to 40m south of Church Street in Delhi, including the replacement of storm, sanitary, watermain, sidewalk installation and road reconstruction, and the storm outlet on Swimming Pool Road, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
