This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids from pre-qualified general contractors for the construction of building additions for additional dressing rooms at the Delhi Community Centre Arena, Port Dover Arena, Langton Arena and provisionally the Waterford Tricenturena, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). |
