This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids from qualified mechanical contractors to supply and install twenty (20) console, water source heat pumps at Simcoe Library and two (2) ceiling mounted, water source heat pumps at Simcoe Branch Public Library, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
