This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals for services to be provided by an Operator which will include the operation, routine maintenance and asset protection of all of Norfolk County’s wastewater facilities including wastewater treatment plants, wastewater pumping stations and forcemains. |
