This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the full reconstruction of Leamon Street from Nichol Street to West Church Street, and West Church Street from Main Street South to Washington Street, in Waterford, including watermain, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, curb, sidewalk and asphalt, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
