This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids to construct the East Townsend Branch of the JA Smith Drain. Project will include the installation of 111m of HDPE sewer pipe, three (3) catchbasins and two (2) road crossings, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
