This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the full reconstruction of Homewood Avenue from Victoria Street to Oakwood Avenue and Potts Road from Victoria Street to southerly end, in Simcoe, including all services, curb, asphalt and sidewalks, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
