This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals for a marketing campaign for the new curbside waste program, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
