This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified full-service consulting companies to review current customer experience practices and develop a Customer Experience (CX) Strategy to guide future service delivery decisions across the organization, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
