This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide prime consulting services for the design and contract administration for three sports field lighting projects which include steel light tower replacement and lighting retrofits. The projects are for the following Parks: Waterford Audry S. Hellyer Memorial Park, Simcoe Lions Ball Park and Delhi McLaughlin Soccer Park, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
