This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the complete reconstruction of Don Jon Boulevard in Port Dover. This includes replacement of storm, sanitary and watermain, installation of sidewalk and road reconstruction.
