This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified consulting firms to supply quality assurance (QA), material inspection, testing services and environmental expertise for the County’s construction projects., as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
