This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals for the Engineering Design and Contract Administration of the Phase Two Upgrades at the Port Rowan Water Treatment Plant, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
