This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals for the engineering consulting services as they relate to the asset management of Norfolk County’s bridge and culvert structures, pedestrian bridges and retaining walls including the Ontario Structure Inspection Manual (OSIM) inspections for the structures, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
