This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the purchase and harvest of standing timber and firewood. All timber and firewood is located on two (2) separate municipally owned properties known as Norfolk County Woodlot C4 (402 McDowell Rd. E., Simcoe, ON, N3Y 4J9) and Norfolk County Woodlot T1 (358 Concession 12 Townsend, Waterford, ON, N0E 1Y0), as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
