This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the full reconstruction of South Drive, in Simcoe, from Queen Street South to John Street, including all services, new curb, gutter, and sidewalks, and partial reconstruction from John Street to Norfolk Street, including new storm sewer, new watermain, new sidewalk, and repaving., as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
