This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from licensed engineering consulting firms to provide engineering services for the pre-engineering, detailed design and coordination with adjacent developers, preparation of contract documents, site supervision services and contract administration service for Crosier Street from Gibralter Street to Croton Avenue, and Main Street from Imperial Street to Crosier Street, all in Delhi, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
